This patient was ready to remove her saline implants that were getting hard to live with due to the weight and size.  

During surgery, we found that her saline implants were still fully intact.  These were removed.  After removal, a mastopexy was completed to help lift and reshape the breasts.  Now, the patient is able to find more clothes and swimwear.   She states that she feels and looks younger.
