Dr. David C. Nguyen is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon who combines talent, humility, dedication, and surgical precision. He specializes in breast enhancement, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation procedures and shares Camp Plastic Surgery’s vision that plastic surgery should be thoughtful, refined, and deeply personal.

Dr. Nguyen joins our team after completing an elite aesthetic surgery fellowship at The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) in Houston, one of the country’s most competitive and respected programs. His training, surgical precision, and most importantly, his heart for patients stood out from Day 1.

Education and Training

Dr. Nguyen is a highly trained plastic surgeon who completed an elite fellowship endorsed by The Aesthetic Society. Administered by The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) in Houston, the fellowship is one of the country’s most prestigious aesthetic training programs. Prior to his fellowship, Dr. Nguyen completed a rigorous integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he distinguished himself as administrative chief resident. His surgical training reflects a commitment to both technical excellence and leadership in the field.

A proud Louisiana native, Dr. Nguyen earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine after graduating summa cum laude from Xavier University of Louisiana. Noted for his academic excellence and professional integrity, he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), the national medical honor society. Today, he is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and continues to uphold the highest standards in patient care. His education and credentials reflect a dedication to patient-centered care and advanced aesthetic outcomes.

Personal Life 

Dr. Nguyen values time with his wife, their child, and their close circle of family and friends. An adventurous eater, he loves discovering new flavors and cuisines, and he stays active through strength training and outdoor pursuits like hiking. A curious traveler at heart, he looks forward to exploring new destinations and cultures whenever he can.
