This patient, a healthy, active woman with one child, came to us interested in breast augmentation in Fort Worth. I used 425cc Motiva RSD round implants on both sides to ensure symmetry and consistent projection. For added support, we included a Galaflex/P4HB internal bra scaffold. All incisions were placed in the inframammary fold for a discreet result.
