Case Details
This patient arrived with clear expectations for her breast augmentation in Fort Worth. She wanted to achieve a fuller breast shape while maintaining a balanced, natural profile. Her goal was to enhance her self-confidence without sacrificing the proportion or mobility needed for her active lifestyle. She emphasized the importance of a natural look that would complement her body frame without the appearance of being too “top heavy.”
We selected Motiva ERSF 400cc ergonomic implants for both breasts. The shape and projection of this implant supports a natural teardrop contour while providing the desired fullness. I used a subfascial, muscle-preserving technique to minimize disruption of her chest muscles and support her daily activities, such as frequent exercise and lifting weights. The inframammary incision was chosen for discreet scarring and optimal healing.
At her 6-week postoperative visit, the patient reported she felt thrilled with her outcome. Her results are proportionate and full, consistent with her personal goals. She continues to maintain her physical activity without discomfort or restrictions.
As someone who values evidence-based techniques, I believe careful planning and open communication are essential in delivering results that align with each patient’s vision for breast augmentation in Fort Worth. My training in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery informs the tailored approach I use with every patient, ensuring their unique goals and lifestyles remain central to our shared decision-making process.
*Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.
