Case Details
This patient, a mother of three, came to us seeking fuller, more proportionate results without an overdone appearance. We performed breast augmentation using Motiva RSD 425cc implants placed in a dual plane, with incisions made in the inframammary fold. The dual plane approach positions the implant partially beneath the pectoral muscle, which supports a smoother upper pole transition, particularly in patients with a lean frame.
She desired more upper pole fullness, more breast volume but wanted proportionate to her body. She did not want to look top heavy. Three months after surgery, the after photos show notably increased volume and improved proportion across front and oblique views, with a fuller upper pole and contours that appear balanced relative to her frame.
For anyone exploring breast augmentation in Fort Worth, this case illustrates how implant size and placement interact with a patient's existing anatomy. At 425cc, this patient's result shows meaningful volume change while preserving a silhouette she described as proportionate rather than overdone. Dr. David Nguyen treats every breast augmentation as a tailored approach based on each individual patient's anatomy and goals.
