Many people seek breast implant explantation (removal) in Fort Worth for a range of personal reasons. She was able to make an informed decision about removal versus downsizing. After about four weeks, tissue retraction gave her a clear view of her size and contour. She was comfortable with implant removal and chose to have a breast lift.

During surgery, we removed her implants (475cc) and performed a breast lift for a perkier appearance. To enhance the upper breast border and provide a natural contour, we also used Viality system for fat transfer. The outcome matched her goals: breasts that reflect her physique and suit her active lifestyle. Here she is 3 months out, lifted without an implant, and thrilled with her results.  Her scars will continue to fade as time progresses.
