Breast Lift (Breast Mastopexy - No Implants) Before & After Case 761
Provider: David Nguyen MD
Procedures Performed Breast Implant Explantation, Breast Lift (Breast Mastopexy - No Implants), Breast Implant Explantation
Case Details
Many people seek breast implant explantation (removal) in Fort Worth for a range of personal reasons. This patient had always felt her breast implants were too large and not in harmony with her active lifestyle. She also didn't want to deal with implant maintenance any longer. She wanted to remove her saline implants and achieve a breast shape and size that better fit her frame.
Given she had saline breast implants, we began by deflating her saline implants in the office. This allowed her to see how much natural breast tissue remained. She was able to make an informed decision about removal versus downsizing. After about four weeks, tissue retraction gave her a clear view of her size and contour. She was comfortable with implant removal and chose to have a breast lift.
During surgery, we removed her implants (475cc) and performed a breast lift for a perkier appearance. To enhance the upper breast border and provide a natural contour, we also used Viality system for fat transfer. The outcome matched her goals: breasts that reflect her physique and suit her active lifestyle. Here she is 3 months out, lifted without an implant, and thrilled with her results. Her scars will continue to fade as time progresses.
