Case Details
This patient came to us for a breast lift (breast mastopexy – no implants) in Fort Worth because she wanted to restore a more uplifted shape to her breasts without increasing their size. As an active, fit mother of one, she valued preserving as much of her own tissue as possible. She also expressed concerns about appearing too large, which made her hesitant to consider implants. We spent time discussing her options and agreed that a mastopexy alone would best meet her needs, with the understanding that she could consider implant placement in the future if she desired additional volume.
During her procedure, I used an auto-augmentation technique to reshape and enhance her breasts using only her native tissue. We also addressed enlarged areolas, carefully downsizing them for a balanced result. By preserving as much healthy breast tissue as possible, we maintained her natural look and helped her remain comfortable with her proportions.
At her 3-month follow-up, she shared that she was thrilled with her breast lift (breast mastopexy – no implants) outcome in Fort Worth. She said she felt relieved not to have chosen implants and was pleased with both the appearance and simplicity of maintaining her results long-term. Her outcome highlights the benefits of individualized, tissue-based techniques especially for women who prefer a natural appearance.
As a plastic surgeon, I perform complex breast procedures and believe in a personalized approach for every patient. We stay up to date with leading techniques and take time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals.
