This patient came to us seeking a Mommy Makeover in Fort Worth to address changes she noticed in her body following pregnancy. Her Mommy Makeover included a circumferential abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), Vaser liposuction, and a breast lift with augmentation. For her breast surgery, we performed a mastopexy with the placement of round Motiva implants (285 cc, moderate plus profile) filled with highly cohesive silicone gel, sometimes called gummy bear implants. These implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. We also used a Galaflex internal bra to provide extra support and help achieve long-lasting results.

Throughout her recovery, she reported feeling increasingly at ease with her appearance. The procedures removed excess abdominal skin and helped contour her waist and hips. The combination of breast lift and augmentation restored fullness and created a balanced, rejuvenated shape.
