Breast Lift (Breast Mastopexy with Implants) Before & After Case 796

This 46 year old patient, with two children, requested a Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation (Breast Mastopexy with Implants) in Fort Worth to achieve a more youthful, lifted breast contour. She wanted improved upper pole fullness and proportionate volume, without excessive projection. Her active lifestyle and desire for a natural, balanced look were central to her goals.

We performed a bilateral mastopexy with superomedial pedicle technique to preserve upper medial cleavage, paired with internal bra support using Galaflex. Motiva 260cc RSM (lower profile) implants were placed through an inverted-T incision to deliver subtle upper pole fullness and a natural silhouette. She had no prior breast surgery, and her healing progressed smoothly.

At her six-month follow-up, her results reflect the goals she set: uplifted and fuller breasts, restored symmetry, and stable implant support. She continues her regular exercise routine and expresses satisfaction with both the feel and appearance of her new shape.
