Many of our patients seek breast augmentation in Fort Worth to restore breast volume after having children. This patient, a mother of three, wanted a fuller breast shape following pregnancy and breastfeeding. She had not undergone any prior surgery before visiting our practice. Together, we discussed her goals and reviewed her options, focusing on enhancement with a natural look and feel.

We recommended breast augmentation with highly cohesive silicone gel implants, also known as “gummy bear” implants, for their stability and appearance. Motiva RSF round, smooth-wall implants were selected—335cc for the left breast and 355cc for the right—to help achieve balance and symmetry. We placed the implants under the muscle using an inframammary incision for a discreet scar and performed an internal bra support procedure with Galaflex to provide lasting lift and reinforcement.

The patient’s recovery progressed as expected. Over several weeks, swelling subsided, and the implants settled into a natural position. The results show fuller, proportionate breasts that complement her figure and reflect her goals. She reports satisfaction with her shape and support.
