Her procedure included a Deep Plane Facelift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, and facial fat grafting. The deep plane approach allowed us to lift the midface and jawline in a natural, long-lasting way. We complemented this with a neck lift to create a defined neck contour and addressed eyelid heaviness through upper blepharoplasty. Facial fat grafting was used to restore lost volume and improve skin softness.
