This patient came to us seeking a Mommy Makeover in Fort Worth to address changes she noticed in her body following pregnancy. Her Mommy Makeover included a circumferential abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), Vaser liposuction, and a breast lift with augmentation. For her breast surgery, we performed a mastopexy with the placement of round Motiva implants (285 cc, moderate plus profile) filled with highly cohesive silicone gel, sometimes called gummy bear implants. These implants were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. We also used a Galaflex internal bra to provide extra support and help achieve long-lasting results.
