Case Details
Many women consider a Mommy Makeover in Fort Worth to address physical changes after pregnancy. Our patient, a woman with medium-toned skin, wanted to tighten her abdomen and restore breast volume after having children. She had not had any prior surgeries.
We performed a hybrid abdominoplasty using Vaser liposuction and Renuvion skin tightening to help create a firmer, more contoured tummy. For her breasts, we placed 415 cc high-profile Allergan silicone gel implants beneath the chest muscle using inframammary incisions. The procedure also included a Galaflex internal bra to support long-term breast shape and position.
Recovery progressed as expected. Her abdomen now appears more toned, and her breasts look fuller while remaining natural to her frame. She has expressed satisfaction with her results and overall experience.
