What is VISIA?
VISIA is a state-of-the-art skin imaging system that provides a detailed, in-depth analysis of your skin’s health. It evaluates key concerns like pigmentation, pores, fine lines, texture, sun damage, bacteria, and more – helping us create a fully personalized treatment plan just for you.
VISIA allows us to look at your skin beneath the surface so we can recommend products and treatments that address the source of the skin condition, enabling us to treat visible and invisible lines, wrinkles, dark spots, sun damage, and more to help develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address and treat a wide variety of skin conditions.
What Is a VISIA Consultation Like?
A VISIA consultation typically lasts 30-45 minutes. Before the VISIA scan, we will talk with you about your skin concerns, lifestyle, and discuss your goals. To ensure an accurate scan, it is important to make sure your skin is clean and free of makeup and skincare products.
During your VISIA Skin Analysis, we will:
- Take high-resolution photos of your face using the VISIA device.
- The VISIA system analyzes your skin and compares your results to others in your age group.
After the scan is complete, one of our experienced providers will assess your results and will walk you through the results. Based on the scan, we will recommend treatments and/or skincare products based on your specific concerns.

How Often Should You Have a VISIA Skin Analysis?
We recommend a VISIA analysis every 6-12 months, especially if you’re starting a new skincare routine or treatment plan. It’s a great way to monitor your skin’s improvement over time.
