Dr. Camp understands the characteristics of each filler and how combining them can create comprehensive facial rejuvenation lasting from 6 months to 2 years. The fillers Dr. Camp uses include:
JUVÉDERM: This family of products includes JUVÉDERM Ultra, JUVÉDERM Ultra Plus, and JUVÉDERM Ultra Plus XC. These are all hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers that effectively improve the appearance of facial contours, wrinkles, and folds.
VOLUMA: VOLUMA is also a JUVÉDERM filler but is singled out as the first approved by the FDA specifically for restoring volume to the cheeks. VOLUMA can last up to 2 years and has proved to be one of the most popular fillers at our practice.
VOLBELLA®: This is also a JUVÉDERM product and the most recent to be approved by the FDA. VOLBELLA is a silky gel that’s used to produce fuller, more sensuous lips that still look natural. It can also soften the fine lines that can develop around the mouth.
VOLUX™ XC: This JUVÉDERM product is used to enhance the jawline, including the chin and jowl area, helping adjust facial balance and help you have a more chiseled jawline.
SKINVIVE ™ by JUVÉDERM®: This is the first and only hyaluronic acid microdroplet injectable designed to smooth and hydrate the cheeks, Get refreshed, glowing skin with this filler that works to hydrate the skin from within.
Restylane®: This family of HA products includes Restylane, Restylane-L, and Restylane Lyft (formerly called Perlane®). Restylane Silk is used for lip enhancement and smoothing fine lines around the mouth, while other products in the Restylane family are used for the enhancement of contour, folds, and wrinkles.
RADIESSE®: This is the heaviest of facial dermal fillers. It’s composed of a mineral compound found naturally in bones called calcium hydroxylapatite. Besides producing immediate results, RADIESSE also continues to stimulate collagen production.
Sculptra®: Sculptra works differently than HA fillers. It is made of poly-L-lactic acid and triggers the gradual production of collagen to create a more youthful appearance. It requires multiple injections scheduled about a month apart. Results develop gradually and can last up to 2 years.

To minimize discomfort, we apply numbing cream and use fillers that contain lidocaine. We offer Pro-Nox as well to control pain and calm nerves. We inject filler into the lips using a fine needle or microcannula.
Expect swelling and possibly bruising for about 2 to 7 days. You can return to your daily routine right away, although you should hold off on strenuous activity and drinking alcohol until the next day.
