Breast Implant Exchange (Breast Revision) Before & After Case 433

Breast revision was an absolute necessity as this 60-year-old patient was experiencing capsular contracture.  We removed her 325cc silicone implants and capsules and performed a breast augmentation, mastopexy, and utilized Allergan SSM 275cc silicone gel gummy bear implants and Galaflex internal bra.  Her photos are captured just two months after surgery.  Her mastopexy incisions scars will lighten with the use of Sciton laser, and also Biocorneum scar healing gel.
